Point of view (POV) is, in my opinion, one of the most important aspects of a photograph. Technically, POV is the angle or perspective from which the photograph is made–where the camera is positioned. Effective use of POV may create drama, highlight content, and tell a story. Generally, POV is not noticed by the viewer when the shot is composed at eye level unless an unusual element is included in the view.
