Carol Fox Henrichs Photography & Art (CFH Art) offers fine art prints and other physical products, as well as selected digital publications and educational resources.

Order Processing and Production

Some fine art prints and specialty products are produced after an order is placed. Production times vary depending on the item, size, presentation, and fulfillment provider.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates and Destinations

Available shipping options, destinations, and applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

If an order requires special shipping arrangements or cannot be fulfilled to the selected destination, we will contact you before proceeding.

Delivery and Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided with your order information.

Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be missing, contact carol@cfh.art with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when applicable.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Digital Products

Digital books, guides, and other downloadable resources are delivered electronically through the purchasing platform, including ThriveCart for designated products.

Digital purchases do not require physical shipping.
